[Private to Miles Edgeworth]
Two bodies were found at 9 in the morning, apparently killed the night of the masquerade. The first body was that of a young woman, drained of all blood from two punctures in her neck. The second belonged to that of a young man. He was hung from the ceiling, and a message was written behind him- Let's see the puppeteer dance.
A witness claims to have interrupted a cloaked figure while they were writing, which reportedly then jumped out the window.

The victim had little blood left in her body, but very little blood was actually found at the scene. There were two puncture wounds in her wrist, not immediately visible.

The Hotel added to the Court Record.

Albergo Chiaro, a huge glass hotel. My room has a piano, and is Rococo. For the owner of such a beautiful hotel, Signor Fiorentino has incredibly bad taste.
